Walimatul Urus

assalamualaikum, girls.. alhamdulillah, we now have a new and improved look to our blog/website. thanks to webmistress Shambie for ‘stealing’ some of her precious time to update and insert stuff that might be useful for us and at the same time to promote ‘traffic’ into this blog.. [because it feels as if only shambie and yours truly are here..] lol.
anyway, back to the main topic. as the title indicated, this entry is to inform about a wedding in our batch. [sadly it's not mine..huhu..] yesterday morning, our head girl Kak Ei a.k.a A’aishah Nik Mazian called me to break the news. it came as a surprise for me actually, because it was not that long ago I had Kak Ei ‘complaining’ about her not being with anybody and the fact that we’re not yet married though we’ve reached 25. sigh~ now she left me to join the married ones. huhu. Don’t get me wrong okay, Kak Ei. I am happy for you, more than words can say.
perhaps I’m being emotional, because when she broke the news, it felt as if my own sister is leaving me now that she’s married to someone. hehehe.. [that shows how much I love you, Kak Ei.. 
] When Asni got married, it felt almost the same. The only difference is that Asni feels more like a ‘little’ sister to me and Kak Ei , a ‘big sis’.hehehe.. [now the 'little sis' is pregnant already!] anyway, here’s the dates for Kak Ei’s big day:-
- 3 April 2009 – Akad Nikah
- 4 April 2009 – Reception @ Kak Ei’s
- 5 April 2009 – Reception @ the Groom’s
on behalf of Kak Ei, ALL class of 2000 are invited to the majlis. a request from yang empunya majlis though, to RSVP on your attendance. maybe she’ll only send invitation card to those who are coming. hehe. economical lah nowadays, right? whatever it is, for further details please give Kak Ei a call or text message. that’s all for now. take care, people.
