first of all, HAPPY BIRTHDAY, MISS VICKY! :inlove: yup, today’s her birthday. :)

pardon me for such a long silence. i have been busy with my students’ mid year examination i didn’t really have the time to post an entry here.  now it’s the school holiday, so for the time being i’m quite free [ have not marked the students' exam papers yet though~]. busy or not, the planning for our10th anniversary is still in my mind.

last week, i was online with some of us through emails to ask for opinions. and as promised, this entry [part 3] will be on the committee. after discussing among us, we have decided to form a committee consisting of the list below:-

  1. Director
  2. Assistant Director
  3. Secretary
  4. Treasurer
  5. Accommodation
  6. Logistic
  7. Food
  8. Sponsorship
  9. Programs
  10. Souvenirs

as always,your opinions and suggestions are most welcome. as much as we appreciate critics, we do need constructive comments too, i.e. comments that comes with suggestions to make things better. i do aplologize for making the decision after only discussing with only a few of us, but as  i stated above, if you have anything that you think should be amended, then please speak your mind. i’m merely putting up what we have discussed, but like always, this is not final.

on the other hand, if you think the proposed committee is o-kay, then i would like all of you to nominate anyone among ourselves [including yourself] to be in the committee. those who you think would do the job well. shaxu and idya have volunteered to be in the SOUVENIRS ‘department’ which include preparing stuff for goodie bags and souvenirs for teachers.

zack would definitely be in the FOOD committee, but we still need another one who’s staying locally just in case zack couldn’t make it [nauzubillahiminzalik!!] that day. this person will work with the director and secretary regarding the F&B on the day.

i would like to nominate ninie as the treasurer since that’s her forte. :hehe: feel free to suggest orang lain though, this is not final. :-D we will be collecting funds for the celebration, but the exact amount will only be decided by the committee that we are going to form after this.

i think that’s all for now. will update if i have new info.

    hola girls,

    I think the list is fine…as for director- fiz- I think yourself should be the one, as you have already taken the first initiative on this. :) Am sorry for not being able to promise anything, but I aim to finish my thesis next year, and can’t make any promises as to exactly when (sbb tu aku vote 06.12.2010— but yes, kalau sempat balik Oct, I’ll be there. :) )

      thanks for the nomination, tapi layakkah aku? sepanjang 5 tahun kat college aku pernah jd dorm leader Telang and counselor 4N je. hahaha. :panic: i know you voted for dec, and for obvious reason, but i do hope you can make it if betol kita jadi buat oct. :cheer:

    For Programs:Jaja Farizan..huurayy!! (subject to the vacancy on the job)
    (ja, if you jadi, kene blanje i k) ..my time cost counts in writing this.. haha..juz kidding dear! tp u xpenah blanje so i demand.huhu.

    so after this we can never let jaja relax anymore. girl u better make things happen. haha! we know you can!!

    fiz, i agree with lyan!! please please take charge and become the director! i think either shambi or you or both of you makes the perfect program director for now.

    and please put firah in one of those cos i know her ability of working hard. go firah!

    ni mcm nk organise friendship day/english drama jer during the old days…huhu…

    and ja, i want to perform. backup pun jadi la..

    My only thoughts for the time being… Fizzy jadi Director but she still needs someone close to Seremban/KL/Selangor/Melaka to be her liaison a.k.a. Asst. Director. For better communication?

    I would love to help out but I’m not that mobile since parental unit is still super strict about me going out. (yezzzaa, 26 tapi masih begini nasibku).

    I don’t know. Sape nak volunteer? Since I’m staying close with Shaxu. I might be able to help her out with the Souvenirs ke? :happy:

    since shaxu is involved in goodie bag (aku assistant je okkay.. takut dh ade baby at that time.. hahahaha..).. so people, please dont be surprised kalau tetibe ade bra / g-string tkc 9600.. :cheer:
